That was it. A bad hub assembly. It actually seems to be bent . All others are OK idlers are free too. I took off the top nut and want to remove pulley wheel but it doesn't seem to want to let go. Shot some penetrating oil around it and going to let it work over night . Any other tips on pulley wheel and hub removel?
