if it worked when you put iy away in oct and, no kiddies been sneaking it out and hot rodding it during winter, most likely your problem is the belt from engine to tranny is not tightening up when you releasae the clutch pedal or, the belt may be off the pulley on engine or tranny. or the brake pads are stuck to the disc on transaxle. try starting it and put it in low gear, release the clutch pedal and grab clutch pedal with your hand or, put your foot behind the pedal and pull pedal twoards you see if it moves or trys to.
