I would be very interested in the replies you get off of this. I have had a 440 honda motorcycle for 20 years and have always had starting problems under (80 degrees?) Never had a lawnmower with a Honda. I just shoot some starter fluid to the intake in the beginning of the year. Once it is used every few days it starts good under choke. You might check your cable connections, may need adjustment.
