The retainer bolt is probably a standard 3/8"x24 rh thread bolt,after removing bolt see if pulley will slide off shaft,if not then you'll need a 3 arm gear puller or stack pulley remover & liberal amounts of pb blaster,liquid wrench etc & time/patience as pulley may be frozen to shaft due to rust,as a last resort try heating pully with a torch with puller attached to pulley & see if it breaks loose.
