Hey. I have a craftsman pull start lawn mower. When you pull the cord the cord only goes half way and then you cant pull it anyfurther, almost like its stuck. I pulled off the top of the mower and check the cord and it pulls fine all the way out but not when its attached. Thanks for any help!
