I have a B&S 18.5 Powr Kraft with commercial hydrostatic transmission which sometimes starts off O.K., but then slows to a stop and won't go forward or in reverse. This can happen with the mower engaged or without. Please give me any suggestions. Also, how do I check the level of fluid for it?
