have a mtd/huskee 24 hp moer that doesn't move very fast when you push down the hydro pedal all the belt were almost broken so I replaced all 4 belt and it doesn't move any faster, in low range or high range there is little difference in the speed no noise or slippage just very slow speed about 1 mph it takes off as soon as you depress the pedal but doesn't go any faster no matter how much you push down the pedal anyone have any thoughts on this thanks.
