Check wiring harness for a blown fuse,if none found/blown,check manual mower engage safety sw or pto sw if elect clutch,manual mower engage safety sw or pto sw wired in series with clutch/brake sw,if either sw open you won't get 12v to sol coil,if seat safety sw has more than 2 wires to it check sw connector & also contacts in sw,if sol has one connection post for coil,check that frame where sol bolts to is free of dirt/rust,also if this tractor has a plug-in relay in wiring harness/mounted to back of dash ,check that connection to same clean & tight and that relay coil/contacts good.
