Thank you so much answering. Yes I had to pull off one of the rear tires, and after replacing the tire, thats when the problem started. The model number is 917-270-430. I check the belt diagram on the foot rest, and the belt is in place, the belt turns but I still don't move. Did I lock up the transmission when I changed the tire?
