If you want to mow a lot of grass in a hurry, then go with a front mount mower, look at your commercial mowing contractors, they just fly with those things. Be careful about some of the Deere front mounts, as the engine/trans are single conponent and cost big, big bucks to repair. The Woods front mounts are the cheapest but also the least liked, people dont like the way they turn. Second choice would be a small compact diesel with a 3 pt mower. Not as nice at mowing but much more versatile, due to the three point hitch. Third choice would be a large garden tractor, minimum 48" deck, 60" would be better
