I would check for bad or worn sector gear,steering shaft gear and loose bushings,any loose brackets.Once you find and either repair or replace part,then remove steering linkage,set tires so they are straight,set steering sector so that steering shaft gear is in the center of the teeth,then hook up linkage and adjust it to fix without moving tires or steering wheel and you will be back on track
