Check sector gear & steering col gears for wear,,may have jumped teeth if badly worn,check steering col support bushing for wear & shoulder bolt,hole in mounting plate & bore in sector gear that shoulder bolt goes thru for wear,check crossmember hole & bushing for same for wear,may be twisting when steering wheel turned & applying pressure to tie rods & spindles,also check spindle sleeves on crossmember for wear.
