I took out the handy volt meter and had the wife sit on the tractor. While it was running, I have 12 volts down to the electric clutch with the PTO switch pulled out. Is it possible that I have a bad ground on the clutch unit or is the clutch shot? Any ideas I can try to test or make it work? I purchased this used and the prior owner said it just stopped working and he didnt want to mess with it. Thanks in advance for reading this.
