- i don't know small engines, but used to mechanic a long time ago (40 yrs to be exact) so i've forgotten more than i care to think about, but
i noticed on electrical charge questions, you always suggest checking voltage at 3/4 throttle. Do the kohlers, onans and B&S engines not produce full voltage till higher up in the rpm scale? only reason i ask, my honda 3813 (which is the only small engine i've studied or played with), shows full voltage down at 1400-1500 rpm. just curious more than anything else
