Post your engine's model numbers for more specific
advice. But for now, remove the plug again and
plug the wire back on the plug and lay it on
the metal of the engine, make sure the metal of
the plug is touching the metal of the engine, and
pull the rope and look for spark. If you have
spark, pour a dribble of fuel in the plug hole
and reinstall and hook up the plug and try to
start. If it starts, then dies, you have a fuel
carb problem.
