Hi Danny, it is not a simple matter to do so. If you bought it used and the blade is assembled you have a chance. Refer to the exploded views at Sears website for a guide. It has a Lever assy that mounts underneath by the lift arms after you take off the mower deck. This connects to the tracttor lift arm. There is anothe lever assy that mounts in those J slots in front of the front axle. It hooks up to the blade. Good luck. Dave.
