assuming battery is in good shape, remove the connections from starter soleniod and remove the solenoid itself and clean the terminals and mounting bracket of solenoid and make sure frame is clean where solenoid mounts to. if still no good, then the solenoid contacts inside are problably burnt. it happens on these units especially if old age or, starting engine with weak battery or, trying to crank engine over without compression release after awhile. good luck.
