A coupe of other thing's to check,connect a voltmeter to battery,jump starter sol,watch voltage if starter engages/cranks eng,if voltage drops to 11.5v/less,check battery with a hydrometer or have load tested,battery may not be being charged or is not as good as you think it is,if an ohv eng check valve clearances,you may be working against acr and its stalling starter,also check that carb float valve isn't leaking,flooding cyl & hydro locking piston on compression stroke
