After eng hot,set throttle to max speed,adj hi-speed needle(bottom of carb bowl)for max rpm & smoothest running,then adj idle speed/mixture,hi-speed must be set 1st as there is an interaction between hi/low speed jets,you might have to twek hi-speed/idle needles with load on eng.
