I have same changer from harbor freight, don't expect to do any rims over 10"(and the're hard)works great on 6-8" rims, tried to do 12" rims from my wheelhorse, getting off wasn't that tough, getting bead of new tire back over rim another story, bent the arm on tool + center shaft trying, ended up taking to gas station, charged me $15 to install tubes & mount new tires on both rims, would work great if 12" tire bead were a bungee cord & as had been said, you do need strap to pull up bead if not installing tubes
- i can give you a tip with that 12" dia meter rim issue larryccf Friday, July 03, 2009
