appreciate the reminder on the tire cinch - been a long time since i've changed a tire - i figure a ratchet strap should serve- but for you to not know about the tire changer, i assume most folks must do it themselves.
here's a shot from Northern's web of what i was talking about - basically a scaled down version of what we used to use back in the 60s when i worked in a gas station. They're indicating for tires from 4" to 12" rims - it's the smaller 6" front rims on my tractor that i figure will be the pain
