cuppla things:
First, don't choke a warm engine.PTO off, cl/brake pedal fully depressed, throttle cracked half way.
Next, pull sheet metal off engine and thoroughly clean fins. You may have gotten a mouse nest in there over the winter.
If it still won't start when hot, quickly check to see that you are getting good spark. May have a coil going bad.
If good hot blue spark, then fully drain all fuel
and replace with fresh along with a dry gas additive to get rid of any water from last winter.
