If clutch/brake sw has a set of black wires(or another color) on it,try jumping these,white wires may be for ign kill running thru seat & pto sw,looking at wiring harness diag at sears site a connector is shown,leaving harness & going to left fr of tractor with 4 wires in it,this probably goes to clutch/brake sw shown on ground drive diag
