Try replacing spark plug,if eng still won't fire,remove plug & ground to block,crank eng & confirm you have spark,if you do,reinstall NEW plug,remove air filter & put a shot of starting fluid into carb,if eng fires/runs,then dies,problem in fuel system(plugged filter,bad/weak pump,dirt/water in carb)if eng doesn't fire/run with starting fluid,,goto www.kohlerengines.com & download a service/repair manual for cv15 eng,will describe how to troubleshoot eng,or take tractor to local shop if you don't have the mech/elect knowledge for eng repair.
