If you installed a jumper in connector in seat sw connector,remove jumper & see if that cures problem,depending how tractor wired with jumper you may be simulating a not sitting on seat condition,check owner's manual for a wiring diag,should tell you if seat sw n/o or nc when seat up,with jumper you're making a n/c condition.
