OK, I replaced the battery, put it in backwards (pos, neg leads oopss!) blew the 20amp fuse, replaced it. I then started the engine, it runs fine. I engaged the PTO with no result, turned the engine off and tried to restart, nothing, replaced the 2nd blown 20amp fuse. I then started it again and engaged the electronic PTO and noticed the voltmeter drop off the scale,-15 and quickly disengaged the PTO. I can repeat this process but can not get any movement from the blades at all... ideas?
