Thoroughly clean all battery to starter circuit connections.
If nothing, have battery load tested by auto parts shop.
If nothing, check seat/clutch/pto safety switches.
If nothing, check starter function/engagement.
If nothing, pull spark plug to see if cylinder is filled with raw fuel leaking thru carb.
If nothing, time for a pro to look at it.
