Michael, I am not familiar with the Stanley/Murray machine myself. But let me just say, I moved to 2+ acres and almost destroyed my rider due to a whole lot of use. That much grass to cut is hard on a machine. I went out and bought a grey market compact tractor with 5' finish mower for a little more than twice what the Stanley is selling for. I figured why replace the rider every 2-3 years from excessive use. Now I have a nice toy that will last me for years. AND I get the yard cut quicker. I can also plow snow, till the garden, carry whatever, tug whatever, just about anything I need to do.
