I have a 1985 116 hydrostatic transmission that I have to put 30 weight motor oil in. I've been doing this for over 15 since a friend of mine over heated it. The heavier oil made it usable again. It gets a little weaker each year and I was looking for suggestions on additives or different oil that I could try. Also should I use HD or non HD oil? Thanks!
