could try removing air cleaner and pull out choke lever and check to see if choke plate is closing all the way also, the carb might either have pin leak or the gas in carb evaporates while engine is sitting and still hot. the fuel pump takes a little time to pump gasoline from tank into carb bowl after tractors been sitting.
