seems you definitely have a charging problem so the light is on for a reason. the readings you gave me indicates that batterys not recieving charge from altanator. but, i doubt stator unit is bad. in most cases its external components related to charging system. and usually its the rectifier/regulator box on engine...broken charging output wire..or even keyswitch itself i have found too just recently. what make is the engine?
