If tank has a shutoff valve mounted on tank outlet,check that same is working & not plugged up,also check outlet in inside tank,may have a filter in tank that is plugged or ext tube on same & gas level in tank not above filter or tube,disconnect gas line at tank outlet,with bottom outlet gas should flow treely from tank if valve/outlet not closed or plugged & tank 1/4 or more full.
