Engine runs fine; however, the tractor will not go foward when accelerator is pushed and will not reverse. Also, brakes are not working. I have replaced the drive belt and also just replaced the transmission fan. It acts like it is running in neutral. When engine is off you are able to push it (again as if it were in neutral) even when the free-wheeling lever is pushed in....anyone have any ideas?
