ride on mower bs 13 hp eng in it friction drive or is it twin clutch plates, i know that the operation depends on pushing the pedal forward which pudhes a rod which pushes the plates together in a heel and toe operation it dont seem to go any faster than if you walk along side of it taking a brisk walk can any one help,do i need to supply more info please let me know best regards to everyone. terry
