Allan - Blades for 300 series will not fit. Nor will blades for the 420/430 or any of the newer 400 series. The only blade that will fit a Model 400 Deere is a model U56 and those are real hard to find. Many of the older U56 blades were converted to fit the 300 series tractors, so that makes a pure U56 blade even harder to find. - Dave
