I've tried replacing the fuel filter and the spark plugs. I have an air filter replacement, but the old one doesn't look dirty at all (last year). Taking it off completely doesn't change anything. Choke seems to be working in the Carburetor under the air filter, but I don't smell gasoline when I'm turning it over. This paragraph also contains the full extent of my engine knowledge, so I could really use some help.
