check and make sure the vent in gas cap is not plugged and also, check in the fuel tank and make sure the fuel filter is hooked up on end of fuel line in tank. also, remove muffler and check for carbon in the exahust port if so, then carefully scrape it out being careful not to scratch the piston. clean muffler too if carbon is present on inlet port on muffler..these are few things that will cause your problems too. provided that the rubber diaphgram in carb is not dried out. watch it with the carb cleaner. it can eat the rubber pump diaphgram in the carb too.
