I have the same 7 speed transaxle,and it locked up on me, I took it apart, and found a screw that backed out and locked up the big gear, so I fix it and put back together, had to make sure all the gears rotate freely, works fine now,the #719-0313 is the housing number, the transaxle model number is 618-0073 whick is made approx in 1991 by MTD, I seen some on ebay for sale.
