Dave:The clutch on my 3813,Mod. #GB1013 will not disengage when the lever is in the off position. I have tried to adjust the gap to ,020in. with no success. I took the clutch apart and found little sign of a problem, except one of the three rubber gromets in the brake disc was slightly deterioated. My manual, published byClymer Pro Series, did not mention a damper rod.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
