I give up.. My problems began when after starting and running the mower for 3 to 5 minutes, it would die and wouldn't start again for an hour or so.

Okay, I was told it could be the ignition module or the regulator/rectifier or wiring. I purchased the module, (which had plug wires), regulator and wires coming from it.

Got it going, running great, then I threw my first belt. I purchased and installed the belts, readjusted the screws in carb and was back in business in no time. Mowed for a couple of hours without event, engine running fine (18hp Kohler twin).

Went back out a couple of hours later to resume mowing and now it won't start. I have tried and tried to no avail off and on all afternoon. I've tried all options, choke in, choke out, idle, fast, on and on and nothing.

I sure would appreciate some advise on this for I'm about to go insane over this seemingly daily ordeal with this damn tractor.

Thanks in advance.
