Any one contemplating purchasing a John Deere lawn or garden tractor should really look elsewhere. This stuff is made so light duty!!! Built like a Dynamark or whatever those cheap red or yellow tractors they sell at discount dept. stores. Punched out sheet metal with an aluminum engine. Even the transmission/differencial is cheap aluminum. Don't waste your money on John Deere. Buy a Wheelhorse or a Cadet for just a little more money and you won't regret it.
