Pto circuit for F525 is slightly complicated due to all the safety features. Could be one of several things. Bad pto switch or relay. I believe both ignition and pto relays are the same. You could switch them and see if the problem is still present. Also, when the foot brake is applied, a switch mounted on the linkage drops the pto relay out. I'm assuming that when the problem occurs, you have to reset the pto switch off then back on again.
