Joe after the twice around the yard what was the temperature gauge showing. Only other thing I can think of doing is install a piece of clear plastic tubing right where the fuel line goes to the injector pump as it gets weak take a look and see if there if a good flow of fuel there at the injector pump. I still suspect a fuel problem. Cracked head or blown head gasket usually puffs smoke on start up.
