sorry to hear of your misfortunes with your dealer. I recently purchased a high cost multiple spindle Rhino mower...the dealer delivered it resting on its blades rather than the frame, both outboard gearboxes were nearly dry, and the fill and drain plugs on the center gearbox were only finger tightened ready to fall off. Luckily no damage, and I caught it before use. I filed a complaint with the manufacturer and dealer for warranty purposes. I suggest you get with Kubota central on this, make it public and inform Kubota you are doing so. It's all about PR rather than integrity...best of luck, hopefully no damage. ck
