I own a Kubota BX23 series tractor. I love the tractor but have been very badly treated by my local dealers service department. They have performed unauthorized service and made serious costly mistakes with authorized service. For example after performing a complete oil change and lubrication they drained both front gearboxes and I found only after hearing a horrible grinding noise and inspecting the boxes. I tried to get satisfaction but was denied. When I finally resorted to filing a complaint with the VT. Consumer Repair office they ignored the complaint and filed a "theft of services" complaint against me.

I continue to love my Kubota but because iof the horrible treatment by Riverside I find myself having to consider the Cub as a replacement as the Cub dealer is honest and reputable. I'm very disappointed!!
