If you do not want to go to Kubota, many farm stores have arms and such to complete your 3pt hitch. You may still have to contact a Kubota dealer to get the correct length of the arms. I know my dealer would be happy to help you. Try a local dealer first for information. Dealers aren't all bad. Otherwise many L35's did not come with the 3pt arms because of the BH. Used Kubota parts yards also a possibility or post a wanted add on this forum.
