It might be your clutch safety switch. I have one
and it took me 5-10 minutes of pushing the clutch in and out hard while holding the key in the start position. It would finally crank. The part is only $29.00 and mounts on the right side of the tractor. As you push your clutch in and out look for where it is moving on the right and that is it.
