is the sediment bowl/water seperator supposed to stay full at all times? the level in mine seems to fluctuate up and down. I have changed the fuel filter and bled the line. The tractor is running ok now but it did start loosing power and puffing white smoke thats what prompted me to look at the filter. the tractor is only a couple yrs old....we perform the maint. exactly how the book says. the filter that wa sin it was only about 100 hrs old and when I dumped it out it appeared clean. Like I said it is running ok now but I was concerned about the fuel flow not keeping the sediment bowl full. any help would be appreciated.
