Can anyone please provide a phone number, or email address, for the service manager at the Kubota Southeast Division Office in Suwanee, Ga.

I have problems with my L3240 with the hydraulics supplying the loader and 3-point hitch. I only have 105 hours on the machine, but it is 2 yrs, 4 months old. Dealer says it is out of warranty so they will only trouble shoot and repair if I pay the bill. I understand the machine is out of warrant, but this issue is apparently due to defective parts, or workmanship, since I so few hours. I wanted to contact the Regional service manager and speak, or write a letter, to see if they will cover the repairs to get the machine up to performance standards expected when I purchased new. I know auto dealers do this sometimes as a customer courtesy when apparent material defects are present and not due to wear/tear of the parts.

Thanks for any help.
