Have a Kubota B2400HSD Tractor -- (Great machine) -- When I turn ignition key, hear a loud rapid "clicking sound," but engine will not turn-over -- Battery is fully charged -- All electrical systems appear to be in good working order -- Thinking it's the starter -- Any advice?
